How to Look Young Forever with Facial Exercises
People often always notice the face especially during first meet ups or even when people are first introduced to each other. It is important to note that one’s face always leave the first impression that you should always be at its best whenever possible.
Eventually, everyone will age and there are manifestations in one’s skin and this can be seen in one’s face. For instance, it may lose glow and flexibility. However, this is not the case since there are actually ways to maintain a young looking face without the need to spend any money. Doing facial exercises everyday at home can make you attain the young look that you want.
Start with drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day. Water is good for the system for it encourages good blood and oxygen circulation. This encourages new skin to develop faster. With the proper circulation of oxygen and blood, the functions of the body are also able to perform at best including development of new hormones and cells. The old skin cells are removed by the new cells making the skin look young and new. After exercising, effects include an improvement in one’s predisposition and a happy feeling.
Like all other body parts we can also exercise the face. There is really nothing much to it. The facial exercises are so easy to do and it just takes a few minutes to accomplish them. What you need to do is develop the discipline to do the exercises everyday so that you will enjoy its lifetime results.
You can do your facial exercises after washing of face. This and the time after taking a bath are the best times to do the exercises since the skin is most relaxed, hydrated and soft during this time. In massaging your face, it is best to use oil, creams or lotions for the face. The massage should start at your forehead to your temples in a rotating motion with the use of your palms. The routine should be done on both the upper and lower part of your forehead twice.
Next, using your three middle fingers from both hands, you should massage from your temples up to the scalp in a circular motion three times. Then with your index and middle fingers, you should massage your nose bridge downwards three times, as well. Lastly, sweep your forehead to the opposite direction using your right and left hand alternately for three times too. Doing all these exercises daily will definitely give you a renewed and young looking skin that most people want to have.
